Link2Grow is an independent advisory company founded by Jobst von Kirchmann. It provides senior-level strategic advice to organisations working between Africa and Europe, with a particular focus on investment, market access, partnerships and organisational transformation. Link2Grow combines international experience with practical implementation, helping clients understand complex environments, identify opportunities and turn strategic objectives into concrete action.
Jobst von Kirchmann brings more than three decades of international experience in Europe and Africa. His career has included senior leadership roles within the European Union, including service as an Ambassador of the European Union in several African countries, as well as responsibility as Chief AI Officer for organisational transformation and the practical introduction of artificial intelligence across the EU’s International Partnerships network in more than 100 countries.
Over the years, he has worked closely with governments, companies, international organisations and development partners across a wide range of political, economic and institutional environments.
This experience gives Link2Grow a perspective that combines:
